When does the Pass go on sale?
Very soon. Until then, every level of every game is free for everyone, so dive in.
Who needs the Pass?
Only the host: the person who signs in and starts the game. Everyone else joins from their phone with the room code, with no account and no cost.
What's free?
Every game's Easy level, as often as you like, around a TV or remotely. The Pass adds the harder levels (Medium and Hard) in every game, plus every new game as it arrives.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from your account page. The Pass stays on until the end of the month or year you've paid for, then your account goes back to the free levels.
What is the Founder Pass?
A one-time payment of $49.99 for the Pass with no renewals, for as long as SplitClue runs its games online. It's only on sale during our launch month, as a thank-you to the first people to back SplitClue.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are generally final, but there are exceptions, like legal cancellation rights in some countries. Read the Refund Policy.
Who handles the payment?
Our reseller Paddle processes every order and is the merchant of record, so the charge on your statement comes from Paddle. We never see or store your card details. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
Does it work in Discord?
The Pass is for hosting on splitclue.com. In the SplitClue Discord Activity, every game's Easy level is free; harder levels there are coming later.
